Refund and cancellation policy

In short: try Ergon HR free for 14 days, pay monthly, cancel any time. We do not charge for time you have not paid for, and we refund billing mistakes.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days free for up to 25 employees. Nothing is charged during the trial, and no payment details are needed to start it.

Cancelling

• The account owner can cancel the plan at any time in Billing inside Ergon HR, or by writing to support@ergonhr.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 30-day period already paid for. Until then everyone keeps full access, and no further charges are made after it.
• After that, the account stays readable, but adding employees and running payroll pause. You can pick a plan again at any time and carry on where you left off.

Refunds

• Plans are paid monthly in advance. We do not refund part of a period after cancelling, or for employees removed during a period.
• We do refund duplicate payments, payments made after a cancellation took effect, and any other billing error on our side. Write to us within 30 days of the payment.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or netbanking) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no money is taken and your plan does not change. If money was deducted but the plan did not activate, Razorpay normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days; write to us and we will either activate the plan or make sure the amount is returned.
