Shipping and delivery policy

In short: Ergon HR is software you use online. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery times or exchanges.

What you get

Ergon HR is HR and payroll software, used in the browser at app.ergonhr.com and in the Ergon HR mobile app. There is no physical product.

Delivery

• Access starts as soon as you create your account; the 14-day free trial begins straight away.
• A paid plan starts as soon as the payment goes through on Razorpay. Your account switches to the paid plan by itself, usually within a minute.
• Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the address used for the payment.
• If your plan does not show as active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to us and we will fix it or refund the payment.

Shipping charges

None. You pay only the plan price shown on our pricing page and in Billing inside the app.

Exchanges

As nothing is shipped, there is nothing to exchange. You can move to a different plan at any time from Billing. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
